Film Streaming on Vimeo & Lecture via Zoom

About the Event

The 2019 documentary After Munich will be available for streaming for five days (September 7 - 11). Watch trailer here.

Lecture by SFSU Professor Eran Kaplan will be on Thursday, September 8, 4:00 - 5:30 PM PDT. Note: For those registering after September 8, the confirmation email will include the link to the lecture's recording.

September 5th, 1972, the tenth day of the Munich Olympics—the Palestinian terrorist group Black September stormed the Israeli athletes’ quarters. The world watched live on television as eleven hostages were taken and later killed. For the first time, this story will be told through the eyes of four women who were directly impacted by that day: an athlete, a widow, and two undercover agents. Their fates were changed forever as their wellbeing and life views were impacted by the trauma. A film about love and death; conflict and reconciliation; war and peace. MATURE THEMES.

Admission including the film streaming and lecture: $10. Free for IJWC Year-round subscribers who will receive complimentary registration to both. Upon registration, you will first receive a confirmation email. An hour before the first  program begins which is the streaming of the film, we will email the Vimeo link and password you need to watch the film and the Zoom link to attend the online lecture on September 8. If you don't see these emails, please check your spam/junk folder to retrieve them. We suggest you add "notifications@wixevents.com" to your contacts list as well.
