We do not provide refunds on Virtual Festival tickets.
Exchanges may be possible if your geographical location or IP address no longer allows you to stream the film you purchased. For example, you may have purchased a Virtual Festival ticket within the geographical area of the Festival but found out later that you are going on vacation or visiting family out of the Festival area and are geo-blocked. Then, please email us ASAP (before the availability window closes for the film) at info@eastbayjewishfilm.org, and we will try to fix the issue for you.

If you logged in with an account you created or activated that has a typo in your email, you will have problems. You can check that by clicking on the circle on top right of your screen with your initials and checking the email address underneath it. If a typo is causing the problem, please logout and login again with the correct email address. You may have to update your password as well.
