FAQS ON RESERVING SEATS
- 01Donors have priority choice in reserving their seats. When we create donor passes, donors will receive emails with instructions on how to redeem their passes, with a note on the first day they can begin reserving their seats. We will also email donors reminders to log in to their Eventive accounts and begin reserving seats for all the movies they plan to see. Please refer to the chart below for the dates when respective donor levels can begin reserving their seats.
- 02In-Theatre Festival Passes are available now. You can begin reserving your seats on February 22.
- 03Virtual Festival Passes are on sale now. Once you purchase your pass, you can select the movies you want to watch right away. Please do so to ensure you can watch all of them. As long as the movies you like to watch are on the Festival schedule, are available to order, and are not sold out, you can add them to your pass anytime during the Festival. Once the movies leave the Festival schedule, they are no longer available to unlock.

- 06If you have a pass, click the link in the order confirmation email from EBIJFF31 (sender email noreply@eventive.org) titled "Your pass has been created and added to your account." The link in the email will ask you to log in to your account first. Then go to Schedule, pick the showtime you like for your film. You have two options to choose from at two different theaters. Then proceed to order tickets. When you click order tickets, a greyed-out button will appear that will say "Quick Order 1 (or 2 ) ticket(s) with your pass." You have to click that button, too, to continue to the seating plan where you can select which seats you want at the theatre. You have 6 minutes to hold your selection of seats before you edit or finalize your order. Please pay attention to the auditorium numbers and start times of films. After you complete your ticket purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a QR code in it. It is important to save this email, or print it. The letter and number under the QR code designates the row and seat number. You can also go to My Tickets and enable text messaging of your tickets to your mobile phone that you have to enter on the screen. This will enable your tickets to arrive an hour before showtimes to your phone as a text message. If you are just ordering tickets with no pass, the process is the same for reserving seats except for entering your credit card purchase to complete your order. Remember your selection of seats is held only for 6 minutes before you edit or finalize it.
